My name is Julie Walker and I’m an artist from Meridian, Mississippi. I began painting in mixed media using my photography as inspiration. I mainly paint in acrylics but also enjoy gouache. The places I travel and things I see in everyday life are what I enjoy painting the most but I have also been working with pet portraits on commission. The canvasses I use have two a two inch wrap that is also painted so the canvas can be displayed frameless if you choose.
